Providing the necessary information for policy making through the analysis of IT industry trends NIPA helps strengthen the government policy's reliability and establish businesses' market strategy by providing the necessary information for policy making. Specifically, we manage the following businesses: identification and in-depth analysis of domestic and overseas key issues concerning the IT industry, analysis of global and domestic IT market trends, market for new growth engines /production outlook, and analysis of the main issues and trends related to mobile communication and IT. Serving as an IT statistics control tower and conducting industrial policy analysis NIPA serves as the IT statistics control tower for the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. In addition, we identify promising items/export markets and suggest strategies for foreign market expansion by analyzing export/import trends and IT export environment based on IT export/import statistics. Enhancing the general management and service system of IT technology and industry-related information Through the IT integrated search system (ITFIND), which provides domestic and overseas IT-related quality information, IT strategy information support system, and IT statistics portal system (ITSTAT), NIPA maximizes the use of IT information. We also provide demand-oriented IT information offline through IT industry forecasting conferences and periodicals.
